Violife Plant Based Cheese project
• In Mid 2016 Rochester Consulting Group was approached by Arivia S.A management for the purposes of launching its line of plant based cheese products in the North American market . Arivia management was aware of RCG’s expertise and success guiding the launch of products into the US market. Arivia selected the RCG team as its exclusive launch partner for the US market.
• Since the launch in early 2017 the RCG team has been instrumental in laying the platform and business strategy that will push Arivia’s Violife brand to sales of greater than $50,000,000 in 2020
• In June of 2018 RCG expanded its focus beyond retail growth into with Violife and focused on growing the Violife brand in the food service channel. Expected 2020 food service sales to eclipse $10,000,000 in sales.
